Machine bodies and small replacement parts have different packing needs. Keep their boxes and protective inserts until you have checked the delivery against the recorded selection. The delivery amount shown at checkout is $19.00 below $999 in merchandise and included at $999 or above; that threshold is assessed before a welcome discount.
A change or return enquiry
Describe the model and condition and include the order reference when asking about a return. Do not send a machine or reservoir to an unconfirmed address. A return needs instructions for the specific item and its packaging, especially where a machine has held water. An order summary does not itself confirm a dispatch date.
